Teague continues to amaze me. She is very physically active with sports. This year she continues to improve in volleyball and her equestrian abilities and decided to add swimming to the mix. This is like when Quinn decided to play ice hockey, when he didn't even know how to skate. She didn't really know how to swim when she started a few weeks ago. Practice is daily and it's been great to see her learn.

To make it more special her coach is her uncle. Steve Mitzel is a great coach, and it's fun watching him coach his team. Maybe it's because of Michael Phelps but what ever the reason the team is over 60 athletes strong.

I have been traveling during her first two meets but this weekend I'll be there to watch her and cheer her on and to take pics of course.
